By accessing or using Vistavia and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the platform.
Vistavia operates as a marketplace that connects event hosts with independent service professionals. We facilitate discovery, communication, and coordination between users but do not directly provide event services unless explicitly stated. All service agreements are entered into between the host and the vendor.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vistavia. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, quality of services, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of commitments made to hosts. Vistavia does not guarantee service outcomes or performance standards.
Any booking, contract, or payment arrangement is made directly between the host and the vendor. Vistavia may facilitate communication or payment processing where applicable but is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, refunds, or service delivery issues.
You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, upload harmful content, or violate any applicable laws. Vistavia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Vistavia platform are owned by or licensed to Vistavia. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
Vistavia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the performance of third-party vendors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm the integrity of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Vistavia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, India.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Vistavia after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
